My background includes 6 years working onboard cruise ships as a Guest Services Manager and Training Manager, recruitment, and 12 years in operations and human resources at luxury hotels such as, Fairmont and Hilton, at the executive level.
I am trained to use the International Coaching Federation model and code of ethics, but also offer coaching and consulting using a blend of personality assessments, building leadership skills, leading with emotional intelligence, cultural competency, crisis management skills, customer service excellence and team synergy.
